In Vegas there are a mass variety of limousine companies ready to serve you. FBO's have limo company's on speed dial so that is your best bet arrange one. However, if your company prefers to arrange the limo directly, here are a few of the companies offering this service.
Danny Vegas Hint - make sure you ask the limo company if they have all the required stickers to go on the ramp at McCarran International Airport. Believe me nothing sucks more than you being 2500 miles away and the limo you booked for your passangers is stuck at the gate. It happens. Also, Private cars are not allowed on the ramp.

Free Shuttles!
Free Shuttles can be a great way to get around if you have some time. ( Danny Vegas Hint - I really like the Palms Shuttle. It goes to all the Major malls and with some creative thinking you can cover the whole strip. Lots of flight crews stay at the Palms, so this is great info for them if they are going to be in town for a couple of days. Also, The Hard Rock has a mall type shuttle.)
Barbary Coast , Gold Coast, Orleans Shuttle:
Shuttle runs every 20-25 minutes 9:30a.m. and Midnight . Catch the Barbary shuttle at the side entrance on Flamingo Road . ( Danny Vegas Hint - Use the Barbary Coast to the Gold Coast shuttle and the Rio is right across the street from the Gold Coast. Catch the Rio shuttle to the Strip and there you are. See Harrahs to Rio .)
Harrah's to The Rio
Shuttles run every 30 minutes between the hours of 10 a.m and 1a.m. Loading at the Rio is at the side entrance, loading at Harrah's is at the entrance at the rear of the casino.
Sam's Town Shuttle
(I admit I have never heard of a flight crew staying at Sames town. However I have heard of pilots waking up there so this is the way back to town)
Shuttles run from Sam's Town to several Las Vegas locations during the hours of 8 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Shuttles run from Sam's Town to the following properties, Fremont , California , Bourbon Street , and Harrah's. Although the Sam's Town web site says that a room key may be required we have never heard of anyone being asked to show a key.
Hard Rock Shuttle
The Hard Rock shuttle picks up passengers 10 a.m. and 7p.m. The shuttle stops at the Forum Shops and the Fashion Show Mall.
The Palms shuttle
The Palms shuttle service runs a loop to the Fashion Show Mall and Caesars Forum Shops, then it's off to the Miracle Mile Shopping Mall at Planet Hollywood before returning back to the Palms. Schedule is as follows: Departs The Palms (west entrance ) at 10 / 11:30 a.m., 2 / 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Departs Fashion Show Mall (Saks 5th Ave ) at 10:15/11:45 a.m., 2:15/ 3:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Departs Caesars Forum Shops (downstairs valet entrance) at 10:30 a.m., noon, 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Departs Planet Hollywood ( valet entrance) at 10:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
Green Valley Ranch Shuttle Service
The Green Valley Ranch shuttle service runs to and from McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. It is available to McCarran Airport to Green Valley Ranch The shuttle picks up and drops at the Zero level. The Zero Level is located down the escalators behind the Baggage Claims Information Desk. ( Danny Vegas Hint - Zero Laval can be tricky. I can’t tell you how many people never seem to find it. Just go to information between the two Baggage Claims and ask, or just look for a badged airport employee. By the way, it is Zero Laval not Ground Zero. I don't know what it is but for some reason, well you know.) Green Valley Ranch to the Las Vegas Strip The shuttle picks up and drops off guests at the Mandalay Bay Tour & Travel desk
Free Trams
The Tram that runs from Bellagio to the Monte Carlo Hotel every 10 minutes - 24 hours a day and offers indoor boarding platforms.
The Excalibur to Mandalay Bay tram operates 24 hours a day with non-stop service on the southbound trip. The same tram on the return (northbound) trip from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur provides a stop at the Luxor for those wishing to visit there.
